Been working out for the past two weeks. Three times a week. One hour cardio. 20 min of various crunches with weights etc.

But here’s the strange thing: I gained 2 kilos.

I’ve even been eating small meals. Sometimes just two sandwiches. One for lunch and one for dinner.

Strange.

Maybe it’s a bit of muscle.

    I think you must be getting huge. same thing here in Brevard. 3 times per. 50 min cardio, then the other junk. same weight. no sam gyup sal… really?
