Sam Gyup Sal (I spell’d it wrong originally) is unsmoked thick cut bacon grilled at your table. You wrap the pork in lettuce with a spicy bean paste (called Ssam Jang). It is served with different side dishes. Some variation of Kimchee is always included. Other side dishes include Kong Na Mul (the beans in the pictures) and various fresh vegetables. You usually drink a strong liquor called Soju. Soju can fuck you up. It gives me a bit of a hangover.
